Breakfast Wrap with Chorizo


  • 1 stick of chorizo
  • Corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 8 eggs
  • Chihuahua cheese, shredded

Serves 4


On low medium heat, break apart chorizo in a skillet and fry for approximately 10 minutes. Once cooked drain out to remove excess grease. In a separate bowl mix together the eggs and milk. Wipe skillet clean and add egg mixture and start scrambling on low to medium heat. When eggs are cooked half way add chorizo and mix all together. Continue cooking to a consistency you prefer. Then warm up tortillas over low heat for 30 – 45 seconds.  Remove from heat. Build wrap by combining cheese and egg mixture.
