Brunch Salad

Ingredients (Salad):IMG_6553.1

1 Orange

2 handfuls of arugula

1 small box of raisins

 

Ingredients (Dressing):

4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tbsp. 100% Maple Syrup

Pinch of Salt

 

Directions:

Place 2 handfuls of arugula on plate.

Peel and slice orange and place slices on top of arugula.

Top off salad with the raisins.

In cup or small bowl mix dressing ingredients, then pour over salad just before serving.

Enjoy.

 

Optional:

Shaved almonds.

Substitute 2 handfuls of arugula with 2 handfuls of ceasar lettuce.
