Red, White, & Blue Sweet-Treat

Ingredients:


  • 1 loaf of Pound cake (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 container of blueberries
  • 1 large container of strawberries (quartered)
  • 1 tub of frozen whipped cream (thawed)

Serves 4

Directions:


First, puree half of the blueberries in a blender. Next, add the blueberry puree mixture into the whipped
cream tub and stir. Next, in glass cups or small serving dishes, add the starting
layer of pound cake pieces, followed by additonal layers of each of the ingredients. Then, refrigerate until serving; best to serve the day it is made.

Optional:

Instead of pound cake use crumb cake or angel food cake.
