Ingredients: 10 slices apple smoked bacon chopped 1 medium white onion chopped 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2-1 cup beef stock 2 lbs Brussels sprout ends trimmed and sliced in half Salt Fresh ground pepper Directions: On medium high heat, brown bacon in 12-inch skillet until it’s brown and crispy.
