2 Tbsp. of Coconut Oil
Peel and slice bananas into thick slices.
Heat skillet on medium/high then add coconut oil; heat for around 2 minutes.
Add banana slices and cook for 1- 2 minutes per side and remove.
Drizzle melted dark chocolate or shaved coconut or your favorite crushed nut on top.
Add bananas on top of a cake or waffles.
